DC Assault . is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing young athletes (ages 8-17) with the opportunity to develop their basketball talents while fostering sportsmanship, leadership in the community and academic excellence.

Opening Hours

Monday: 9pm to 5pm
Tuesday: 9pm to 5pm
Wednesday: 9pm to 5pm
Thursday: 9pm to 5pm
Friday: 9pm to 5pm
Saturday: 9pm to 5pm
Sunday: 9pm to 5pm

Weekend Workouts

Each weekend Chris Cole holds training sessions at local Prince George's County High Schools. These trainings are for players of all ages to come and improve there game. Also, there will be guest coaches such as Eddie Jordan, former Head Coach of the Washington Wizards and Philadelphia 76ers. Check the training schedule for specific times and locations.

What’s New in the Assault Family Blog

Welcome to the Assault Family Blog!


We have launched this new website with lots of new features to better serve all of the participants, families, and supporters of DC Assault. There are a number of ways through this new site, that you can keep up with the current players in our program, as well as the many DC Assault alumni.


Also, with this blog we hope to really connect with the entire DC Assault Family. For the parents, we will have posts just for you to give you advice on high school, recruitment, and your child’s transition to college. These posts will be made by former parents of the program who have been where you are now, there is no better person to get advice from than someone who has been through it.


For the student-athlete, we will give you guys insight to getting through the transitions juggling academics, basketball, and what you have to look forward to in college. One unique feature of our blog will be the posts from Chris Cole, our Head Trainer for DC Assault. Chris will be giving you guys some great information such as instruction, tips and tricks that will be sure to improve your game.


For the the fan of basketball, this site will allow you to keep up with what we are doing as a program to better the lives of our kids and the game of basketball as a whole.
